Dried starter is a great way to initially get going in the world of feeding your starter or it’s a great gift to share with a friend. It’s convenient! Store in your freezer or in the pantry until ready to hydrate and use. When you’re ready, it only takes 2-3 days to have your very own sourdough starter.
